Today we are looking for a permanent position of Senior Creative Services Manager (M/F). You will be responsible of the management of the team and projects related to the content building and image of the brand applicable at all communication level. You will also be in charge of the translation of the brand values at creative level: look and feel, tone of voice.
The field of competence will cover executions such as: video shooting, photo shooting, graphic work, art buying, archives image research and image rights management.
The position will be based in Paris HQ, and you will be directly reporting to the Communication Director.
Your primary missions encompass :
• Drive an follow the execution and guidelines of the brand creative
• Drive and follow the budget, planning and processes of the creative department
• Management of internal teams, agencies and freelancers (briefing etc...)
• Coordination with other departments and markets
• Corporate identity control and respect
• Be the main source for creating the seasonal brand voice ; translate the brand stories into impactful creative work.
Ideally holder of a Business School or an Arts School degree, you have a 10 years -or more experience in a brand or agency within the fashion or sport industry. You will strongly collaborate with international teams (Trade, PR, Digital, Event, Sports Marketing, Product), so an experience in an international environment is required.
You have a strong experience in producing and briefing creative. Digital experience and knowledge is required. You are comfortable with media buying and planning.
You are fluent in English speaking, writing and key software mastering. You speak and write in French.
The key to success for this role is to be a strongly organized, rational and creative person with communication skills, great attention to detail, management capabilities and adaptability.
