In case you are not fully satisfied by your purchase, you can send your products back to us within 30 days. Products received within 30 days following the delivery date will be accepted and refunded to the purchase price on condition that the products have not been washed or worn and that they still have their original tags on.
You have 30 days to return or change your products (except for sales) or to be given your money back. Le coq sportif takes care of the products return costs. Once you have required a products return on the website, our customer service will get in touch with you so your products can be picked up.
Your order will be delivered within 5 working days after its approval.
For instance, if you place your order on a wednesday before 10am, your products will be delivered at last the following wednesday.
