Can't find your order?
Please make sure you have entered the correct order number. It begins with WFR and can be found in the summary or shipping confirmation e-mail. If the error persists or if you cannot find this order number, please contact customer service.
Do you charge for returns?
Items purchased on the lecoqsportif.com website may be returned for a refund. Le Coq Sportif will cover the cost of returning the item if the customer follows the above procedure, otherwise any parcel returned without following the above procedure will not be accepted by the warehouse and will be returned to the sender. The costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
Are delivery costs refunded?
Le Coq Sportif will refund the delivery costs paid at the time of ordering if the return concerns all the items.
